Custom and personalized orders
Some listings do no allow enough option space to choose colors and and write names. If you would like to purchase one of these items, please Write name and color info in the message to seller box at checkout.
I want to match a color to my decor.
Please send me a convo with your name and address and I am happy to mail you a color chart.
If I upgrade shipping does that mean my decal is processed quicker?
No, upgrading shipping service does not decrease the processing time.
How do I know what size to order?
Ultimately it is up to you, but I often take paper (newspaper or even copy paper) and tape it to the wall until the size "looks" right. Then Measure length and width, and choose the decal will fit your decal within those dimensions.
Will I receive a proof prior to sending?
Due to the large qty of orders I receive and the quick processing time, I do not send a proof prior to shipping unless requested. If you do request a proof after purchase, your order will not be processed until you respond with approval which could cause a delay in shipment. I will send 1 Proof plus 2 revisions. 3+ revisions will be charged at the rate of $5 per revision.
